The kitchen is a spacious and well equipped working area.


There is ample refrigeration and freezer space, including a walk-in cool room.


Cooking facilities include a commercial gas oven with hob and a separate gas hot plate. There are two electric stoves with fan-bake ovens and a fan-bake wall oven.


Equipment also includes a commercial dish steriliser and Robot-Coupe stick blender, ideal when making large amounts of soup!


Groups can arrange to self-cater or arrange for us to organise our preferred caterer for them.



Washing machines and dryers are available for a small fee.

There are several outdoor clotheslines.

Ironing boards and irons are provided.
